Meet The Band

Matt Young - piano, keyboard, backing vocals, sound engineer, co-producer
As the title indicates, Matt Young is a virtual renaissance man of musical talent.  A member of the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame, Matt is one of Western New York's top piano players and a respected veteran of the Western New York music community.   In addition to manning the keys, Matt engineered and co-produced all of the tracks on 'Huge in Europe' as well as 4 tracks from 'Wired for Nostalgia'.  He's an invaluable member of the team.

Nik Georgakis - bass
Another veteran of the Western New York scene, Nik Georgakis honed his skills over the years in successful WNY acts like The Rod Nickson Project, The Circuit Breakers and The Deal.  A humble guy with way more talent than he gives himself credit for, Nik is a major part of this group's backbone.  We're very lucky to have him.

Cave Wilson - drums, percussion

Henry Wisdom "Cave" Wilson, Jr. is a man of many talents.  In addition to this project, Cave performs across the region with blues-trio The Filter Kings and jazz-trio Sidecar.  Along with his various performance outlets, Cave is a respected full-time percussion instructor as well as a reality TV star!  He and his wife Jenny starred in an episode of "Renovation Realities" on the DIY Network.  Cave is also a world famous beer connoisseur.  The Caveman rocks.

Justin Lackie - saxophone

Justin has been performing professionally since 2005 with a variety of groups around the WNY area.  A multi-instrumentalist and a recipient of a Buffalo Music Award for ‘Best Sax Player’,  Justin studied Music Performance at University at Buffalo under the tutorship of Ed Yadzinski and Dave Schiavone.  He is truly 'sax-tacular'.

Drew Azzinaro - lead guitar

An award-winning guitarist, full-time guitar instructor and first-ever recipient of SUNY Fredonia's Jazz Scholarship,

Drew has been a staple of the WNY music scene for the past decade.  He has shared the stage with the liks of Gregg Allman and Debbie Davies, and you can catch him playing live at clubs and concert halls all over WNY and beyond with his various projects.  He rocks the guitar properly.

Larz Rizzuto - drums, percussion
As the band's resident lunatic, Larz Rizzuto is as entertaining as he is talented.  In addition to serving as a thunder god of drums, Larz is currently obtaining a music doctorate from The University at Buffalo.  Larz has also been a major part of such WNY groups as Management and Breakerbox.   Some know him as Larz, Lawrence or Cheesesteak Larry.  Regardless, he's awesome.

Ray Barry - lead guitar
Lead guitarist Ray Barry makes a point of it to wow crowds on a regular basis with his lightning-style playing.  He has done so not only in this group, but also in such well-known WNY acts as New Clear Fusion and his duo project with his wife - singer Melissa Barry.  Melissa has also provided some great vocal contributions to this project as well.  You can hear her on 'Huge in Europe'.  Ray is the man.

Mark Krurnowski - lead guitar

In addition to lending his ridiculously amazing guitar playing to our band, Mark Krurnowski’s instrumental music has been included in programming on ABC-TV, The Weather Channel, The Bravo Network, NBC Sports Network, The Discovery Channel and many more.  Mark’s music has also been used internationally in television programming in Australia, Mexico, France, the Netherlands, France, Chile, Canada, Japan, Russia and Spain.

Alongside Cave Wilson, Mark also performs across the region with blues-trio The Filter Kings and jazz-trio Sidecar.  As incredible as Mark is on guitar, he's even more incredible as a human being and is one of the funniest dudes you will ever meet.

Brian Beaudry - guitar, piano, harmonica, backing vocals

Brian Beaudry is a diverse musician that you will find playing in many different bands ranging from the southern stylings of the Southtowner’ to the popular dance band White Chocolate. He has reached new heights in the last few years, traveling to New York City to perform as well as opening for national acts including the Goo Goo Dolls, Rose Royce, Bay City Rollers, and Blue Rodeo. Brian is able to play guitar, keyboards, harmonica, and saxophone, creating his own unique style in every type of music he plays.  A great talent and a great guy.
